Description: 4"x 4.75" steel plate for welding to the Knife Gate Valve yoke. Allows easy attachment of Actuator. To properly mount the Position Switch Mounting Plate, this plate has a .75" extension on one side to clear the yoke. Laser cut from .5" 1018 steel.
